US Domestic Shipping
Most orders placed before 3pm PST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after our cut off time will be shipped the next business day. Orders are usually delivered within 7 business days from the ship date when using select standard shipping. Express shipping is an available option and will ship on the same day the order is received if the order is placed before 3 PM PST. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has shipped. Our shipping distribution center does not ship on weekends or holidays. While we do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Roseland Denim is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or USPS lost packages.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping service selected.
Orders placed and shipped regular ground within the US will not be charged the standard shipping fee. This waiver of free domestic shipping cost for orders shipped regular ground within the US, is not applicable for orders shipped outside the US. This waiver of shipping costs excludes additional shipping charges for oversized items, as noted on the product detail page. Free shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes, gift cards, coupons, and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the free shipping total.
International Shipping
We ship to select international locations. Applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict what these additional charges will be as it depends on the laws applicable in the destination country. If additional charges are due, they must be paid by the customer in order for the package to clear customs. Prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. Our shipping DC does not ship on weekends or Holidays. While we do what we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Roseland Denim cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs withholding packages, or USPS lost packages. We do recommend UPS or Fed Ex for our International customers.
Returns
Returns and Exchanges
Wasn’t love at first fit? Don’t worry, be happy! Our easy return policy guidelines are as followed:
1. The return and exchange policy described below applies only to ONLINE Purchases made through www.roselanddenim.com Any Roseland Denim merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.
2. Final Sales: All sales of Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, and items marked as “Final Sale” are final sale items and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refunds.
3. To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund the merchandise must be returned unworn with original tags intact and accompanied by the return form or copy of invoice and customs documents (if applicable). We’ll gladly accept merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, and free of any damages.
4. Returns are accepted within 30 days from order date.
5. Defective items received must be communicated via email or by phone with our customer service agents.

Complete and return form to the best of your knowledge. Pack and seal your merchandise securely and include completed return form. Please note that at this time we cannot refund shipping fees, expedited shipping fees or fees for returns and exchanges.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the return ship date for your refund to be processed and account credited. We’ll send you a return notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Only original form of payment can be refunded at this time.
